Our Mowing Method
Whilst we carry out a range of garden work, grass cutting is by far our main activity. We ensure that lawns are cut at the correct height, depending on the type of lawn and the time of year, to keep grass healthy and thriving.
Mowing the lawn is usually a three-stage process: –
1. We neatly strim the perimeter and around trees, patios, shrubs, fences and garden furniture. Strimming prepares the ground for a finer and more accurate cut with the mower. Once this is done, we use our high powered blower to blow away any clippings from patios and paved areas.
2. The next stage is the mowing itself. Our main lawnmower is a high-performance model yet lightweight, meaning that it can be turned easily in the small/medium sized suburban gardens of Newtownabbey. We carefully mow the grass, taking care to create a uniform finish.
3. The last stage is the clean-up. We will empty the clippings, and again use the blower to tidy up any grass or debris from driveways and other hard surfaces.
